Azerbaijan Temporary Residence Permit: Cost and Timing
For an adult permit of up to one year, the current state fee is 120 AZN for the 20-working-day route or 160 AZN for the 15-working-day route. Your legal basis and document preparation are separate questions.
State fee versus professional support
The state fee is paid for the residence permit process. It is separate from Caspentra’s professional fee and from other costs such as translation, notarisation, medical documents or company work.
Preparation can take longer than the official processing period
The 15- or 20-working-day period is not the same as the total time needed from the first conversation to a completed case. Document collection, formalisation and resolving missing information can add time before submission.
