How Much Does It Cost to Register a Company in Azerbaijan?

For most foreign-invested commercial legal entities, the official paper-registration state fee is currently 15 AZN. Professional support and third-party costs are separate.

The government fee is only one part of the cost

The official fee should not be confused with the full cost of setting up a foreign-owned business. A foreign founder may also need document preparation, translation, notarisation, legalisation, a legal address, banking support or other professional work depending on the case.

Caspentra’s starting price

Caspentra’s company-setup support starts from $200 for a straightforward qualifying case. Government and third-party costs are shown separately so the customer can see what is being paid to Caspentra and what is being paid elsewhere.

What can increase the final cost?

  • Foreign corporate shareholder documents
  • Translation and notarisation
  • Apostille or legalisation requirements
  • Legal address
  • Bank-account preparation
  • Licences or regulated activity
  • Residence or work-permit support
